We (WDB/WDB Limited/ "the company") reserve the right to reject any order you place with us for any reason. For example, we may reject your order if we know or suspect that you intend to resell some or all of the products specified in your order as a part of a commercial business. You may only place orders via this website for private and domestic purposes.
We expressly prohibit purchases for resale and/ or reselling any product as part of any business (including any online business) unless agreed in writing by WDB limited.
While we do our best, we cannot guarantee that the colors shown on the website exactly reproduce the colors of our products. This may depend on the color reproduction on your computer or mobile device.
Information on this website is subject to change without notice. All trademarks appearing on this websites are the property of their respective owners. The use of any of WDB's trademarks is strictly prohibited unless we provide prior written consent.

The delivery charges does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties. We may occasionally provide special offers and promotions waiving delivery charges in certain circumstances. We reserve the right to vary, cancel or extend special offers and promotions regarding delivery charges.
Problems with your order:
We want you have the best online shopping experience, so if you have any problems with your order, place contact our customer service team. if you bought an item that has a fault, either major or minor, you have different rights depending on different things. In all cases you should act quickly. Remember, we may charge you for the repair if you have been responsible for the damage to the product.
What is Major and Minor Faulty:
Problems and faults with items you buy can be major and minor and there are different issues for particular products. A major fault is on where the items does not work as it is supposed to. For example: a new washing machine that fills up with water but doesn’t spin or empty, or a new toaster that doesn’t heat up; would consider as major faults in these items. Generally speaking, if there is a fault with the appearance or finish of an item, or if the item has been scratched, this is a minor fault, since the item will still work and do what it's supposed to do.
Return and Exchange Policy:
Only under certain terms and conditions.
Recipient has the right to return/exchange if the product is considered faulty. Damage under certain condition will not be accept.
No return options for "final sale/special-sale/time limit offer/back-order/custom order" items; not limited to “Free gifts or Promotional items” with retail value. Exchange may offer under certain circumstances.
No return/exchange received after 7 days of the original order shipment date.
If the item is unavailable, refund/store credit may apply.
If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or major different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
Shipping costs will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that are not being returned
If a refund is being offered, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method (Credit card); once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions. You are responsible for any cost associated with the returning the item to us including any currency conversion and or local or international taxes. Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within seven (7) business days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
PayPal Return Policy:
Return for online orders made through PayPal differ from our regular policies. Online purchases paid via PayPal® account can only obtain the return credit back to your PayPal account.
Pricing & Pricing Errors:
Prices online are exclusive of delivery charges. Prices are subject to change without notice.
WDB Limited reserves the right of amend any pricing errors displayed due to human error, computer malfunction or other reason. The company "WDB" will notify you of any error in pricing and you may elect to not purchase any goods where the price has been corrected.
Processing your order:
Express Delivery/ Shipping
If you place an express order before 10:30am UTC/GMT (Monday to Friday), your order will be dispatched from our warehouse the same day (if item is in stock). If your order is placed after 10:30am or on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed and dispatched the next working business day.
All orders with the standard shipping option will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working business days. Our warehouse is a Monday to Friday operation, subject to Public Holidays.
Please note standard and express delivery times are additional to these time frames, and vary from region to region.
Next Business day delivery to roadside addresses and offshore island within these zones is not guaranteed. For any updates to expected delivery times, please refer to the carrier or our customer service team.
You will also need to sign for your order/package when it arrives. If you are not available to sign for your order/package, please leave a note with instructions for pick up from a designated post office. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by a person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect address being provided to us.
Please note that international orders can not be delivered to Post Office boxes (PO boxes)
You will receive an email notification containing your invoice within 1 to 3 working days from the time you place your order.
